Her leadership and technical expertise are key assets in overseeing operations, driving growth, and identifying new market opportunities, ultimately strengthening the company’s foothold in the competitive electric bike industry.

Technician
Our Technicians keep our e-bikes running smoothly and safely. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading our fleet of bikes, ensuring they’re always in top condition. We need someone who’s mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and has a passion for electric bikes.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on e-bikes
Conduct safety checks and troubleshoot technical problems
Assemble new bikes and install upgrades
Maintain service records and manage inventory
Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Representatives are the friendly faces of VeloEco. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. We’re looking for someone who’s empathetic, patient, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers and offer tailored product recommendations
Conduct product demos and close sales/rental deals
Collaborate with marketing to drive leads and sales
